If you know anything about the way I keep my schedule, you know that I'd rather exercise than eat, sleep, watch a movie, eat ice cream, or any other comfort (most of the time). For the past couple of months I have been exercising, but decided to record it.
Once again, I'm starting up for the ironman. I don't have a bike or a watch, but that should never stopped anyone.
DAY 1
- Swim: wu: 1x200m each swim, kick, stroke, swim; main: 2x500m
- Run: 5k
