Prescription for today's workout was a 90 minute run. I only got in 60 min, with a 5 min wu and 10 min cd; my knee is starting to act up severely again, so I'll need to start stretching a sticking it out.
I finally have my bike back! I'm going to sand and recolor it, but for now, it's a free and sunny (albeit cold) form of transportation.
