Monday: Swim and Run

Wow. Today was the ultimate in difficult!

Swim: 6x500 (total time 59.08)
Run: 55 min (first 15 at 6-9.5 mph scale). Nearly threw up- I think I need more sleep.

I've finally recovered my bike, and will start biking everywhere once I tune it up. I'm also investing in one of the white paper face masks ubiquitous in China during the SARS outbreak. I tried running outside on Saturday, and the inversion is proving too difficult a foe for my lungs. We'll see how this week goes!
