Friday: Swim and Bike (then eat...)

Today was a swim and bike day, but I didn't complete either workout in its entirety!  What is happening to my consistence...?

Swim:  wu: 300m continuous; main: 14x50m, alternate RPE 3/7
Bike: I intended to go for 90 minutes, but things got in the way.  To help out, Ben and I rode up a huge hill to a local movie store, and then back down it.  That counts, right? :)

And if I was to document food, everyone would wince.  For a Ben and Chelise night, we went to Taco Time, then Wendy's, then Taco Bell.  And after we got home, our Mom brought us Wendy's again.  A day later I'm still recovering.
