My sister is on her mission, and had access to my blog for a little bit- she wanted me to keep my workout section updated. This is for you Sister!

Power Pump Class: Combination of weight lifting, free weights, and ab workout- KILLER!
Running: (2min @ 6.0mph, 1.5min @ 7.5 mph, 1min @ 9.0 mph) for 30 minutes
