Update

It's been a while since my last report. The most important change in my exercise schedule happened on Christmas day:
I WENT RUNNING! (on in infernally slow-healing knee!)
It's still a bit sore, but I've a got a personal trainer (SHANERS!) who works and massages my legs- I never realized that so many of my knee problems were due to HUGE (inches wide and thick as a rock) knots. When I told him the problem, he pushed three places of my leg that he assumed were the root of the problem. The places he pushed hurt so badly that I started to cry- he'd found my knots. My knee has healed wonderfully under his care.

Still swimming, biking, and running. PLUS- got a stinking cute triathlon swimming outfit!
