Swim: 6x500m- this translates into a little under 2 miles. I did it, and still had decent form by the end of the swim. I tried a sprint on my last 50m, and when I finished, a gentleman in the next lane exclaimed, "You were FAST! Probably in the low 30 seconds! I tried to catch up to you, but couldn't." I felt great about myself. Now, I just need to go fast the
whole time, not just 50m of 3000m!
