Tired and puffy-eyed, I rolled out of bed for a cycling adventure, and frolicked over to the pool.
DAY 5:
Bike- 60 min
Swim: wu: 400m; main: 6x100m (sprint, recovery, breaststroke, backstroke), 2x300m
Hike with Rob up to Cecret Lake (30 min)- it's beautiful! Take a visit up Big Cottonwood Canyon 4 miles above the Snowbird condo section.
