S: 1900m ladder (300, 275, 250, ...25)
R: 30 min., ten minutes of sprints, walk home
B: 50 miles, 25 miles --> check out this great website for routes.
Fun: River rafting trip entailing near death, and 45 minutes of swimming in rapids at freezing cold water :).
