The Weekend

Friday:  Bike ride from Provo to Woods Cross.  
Tips for the upcoming rider:
  •  don't leave two and a half hours late, especially when the weather drops 5 degrees an hour
  • stopping for hot chocolate at any random Mavericks is okay, but defrosting your feet is difficult without a sitting area
  • riding parallel with the freeway at midnight can play some scary light tricks
  • 19 degrees is colder than it sounds, especially with sweat on your forehead
  • adventures are what make life FUN!... and it was fun!
Sunday:  Fasted for 24 hours.  Nearly fainted.
Monday: Swim day:  8x100m on the 120s, 6x100m on the 125s.  No resting between sets.  Core workouts: 3x5min of 30sec circuit.
Tuesday:  Basketball game, spa, and long stretch.  No exercise for 3 weeks shows up quite easily.  I feel like I haven't run in ages.
