Wed: 60 minute run; ab workout and stretch
Thurs: Basketball Game: aka SPRINT the whole time until I fouled out (2 minutes left-it was a joke!) The refs had it out for me from the beginning.
Swim: wu: 400 continuous. last 50 in each 100 is kick; main: 8 x 100 EBEH (each 100 = 25Easy, 25Build, 25Easy, 25 Hard); cd: 6 x 25, each slower than last
Fri: Rest for the love of everything!
Sat.: Spin class with weights, 1 mile run
Swim: I actually lost track of how far I swam. It's retarded, but how I function sometimes---
I popped in the pool dripping sweat from the spin class, wishing I could move my legs in any sort of fashion, and next to me is the.... big, strong, handsome, fast, man-swimmer with bronzed skin, a white swim cap, and (of course) sexy goggles. I just wanted to say, "REALLY?" "Are we RALLY playing this game?"
So I played. And he did too. And although I have no idea who he was, and he had no idea who I was- we played until we both literally sank.
The PLAY: push eachother in circle swim just to show who's the best.
So.... I didn't keep track of how many laps I did. But I sure kicked over on the flip turns. And we had the whole pool watching us for entertainment :).
