I hate going to the gym. I hate it.
It's peverse that you run in one spot for hours on end just so you can run outside in a race. Or what about the fishbowl swimming pool that has a thin layer of green competition floating on the top. Who cares who swims faster? I don't dawn a swimsuit to show off my body. I'm not in the hot tub for a date (most of the time... he he). I go to prepare. I don't bike so you can check out my derrière when your on the bike behind me. I wear short shorts because I chaffe- it's the big thigh syndrome. Last night I just wanted to go to the gym and have someone else push me besides myself; lose myself for a time- shrug the gym mentality and just, well, exercise.
Having said that, I love to exercise. I love it.

So, here's the workout. It's going to be rough. Real rough.
Bike: 120 minutes (that will incorporate a spin class and the annoying sit-down bikes)
Swim: wu: 500m; main: 15x100m (at RPE 4-5) ; cd: 500m
Nutrition: I ate a ton of berries, enough to make me feel sick to my stomach. So I ate grapes to alleviate the pain. Ha ha: Overall: 9
