I Tri-ed

Nothing like a midnight workout. Can't fit it in the morning, no lunch break, and no time for dinner- go run at one am instead!

I needed a severe pick-me-up despite being so sick. So I conducted a little mini tri. I ran from the swim pool to the cycling room dripping wet, and it was actually kinda fun.

Swim: 500m, Bike: 20 min hard, Run: One 7min mile
