Empezar (To Begin)

Well, it's that time of finished-being-lazy-and-hurt-and-sick-of-not-exercising fall-time :)! I'm starting back into exercising very slowly, as currently I can barely run a mile strait, due to a silly knee pain.

Bike: 40 min.
Run: 1 (Little) mile at 6 mph
