Day14: Eat cake and ice cream. Sit around like a waitress (which of course means run around on my feet holding 10 pounds of water glasses for 8 hours=server).
Day15: swim wu:75m, main: 3x500m
Run- 20 min in the cold (my legs feel like lead in this new chilly weather! I hope I don't have to revert to the gym and treadmills soon!)
