Today was a nice slow recovery day, giving my legs some time to heal from the weekend warrior race.
I biked two 16 minute legs (since my car has given out, I bike to and from the gym), and swam 2x250, 1x500, and 5x50m sprints. My swimming is actually coming along. Yea me. And I dyed my hair again-that nasty chlorine.
