P90X.
It's been called the Mormon girl craze, and I wanted to deliberate the comments through actual trial. I'll try it for strength training, and supplement the cardio with my triathlon training. For week one: cardio. For week two: introduce strength.
Run: 45 min @ 6-6.5mph
Swim: 200 wu, 5x200, 50 cd

P90X is a very good program and can work for most people. However, it seems that you are in good shape already. If you really want to become elite try crossfit, go to crossfit.com and check out their website. Military Special Forces, Law Enforcement and physical fitness competitors swear by this program. If you are also into Triathlons look at crossfitendurance.com Mixing up the training program is always good

Greg-
Awesome. Seriously, I'm a huge fan of crossfit. I have a good friend who started the Costa Mesa, CA Crossfit, and I look at his blog all the time. I'm building up my endurance, and in probably 3 months I'll be picking it up. I hadn't heard of crossfit endurance, but I'm sure it's a beast :).
I'll keep you updated.
You into tris?
Nice to hear that you have heard about Crossfit, I have not been to the Costa Mesa Crossfit but I was up in Santa Cruz Crossfit before and it was pretty nice. However as far as building up your endurance for Crossfit that is good, but I personally have not found much that can build my endurance like Crossfit can. I personally like Triathlons and those that run them, but not really into them. I am training to hopefully compete in the Crossfit Games in 2011. I would like to this year but I wont be home for it. Oh Well! I am more into Strength Conditioning, and basically the non-routine workouts. However, Crossfit Endurance from what I have heard is pretty crazy and yes will get you ready for Tris.
Keep me updated if you do start Crossfit and like it.
Greg.
