Day 1. Starting Over.

I've been off training on a knee injury, and some exploration of other workouts: mountain biking, scuba diving, yoga, and kick boxing. I love them all, and plan to incorporate them into my training, but it's time to focus on the real goal:

IRONMAN 2010.

I'm going to do it.

Run: 60 minutes @ 8min/mile.

Pain. Lots of knee pain.
