My IT bands have limited my physical activity, but I'm in full force now with a physical therapist once a day. I'm going to do this ironman if it kills me- and it might.
This week is a SWIM week.
wu: 4 x 250 (4 x swim, kick, pull, swim)
main: 1950 ladder (start w/ 300, then 275, 250, 225,... down to 25)
cd: 200 easy
