I know I missed a day or two of writing, but that's only because it was my birthday. I still worked out- both a swim and a run!
Yesterday
Swim: 2x500m FAST with flip turns. (The flip turn is finally coming along. I figured out I just need to flip and push off the wall as fast as I can, and then I don't run out of breath, and do the whole 'underwater panic' thing.)
Basketball: 40 minutes, and I sprinted the whole game (not to mention scored probably 50 points)
Run: 30 min @ 6.8 mph
Stick: 45 min on quad and hamstrings- thanks Shane!
