Hip Hop Hop Hop Baby!

Gym breakdown for today:

  • Took my first hip hop class and loved it!
  • 300 m swim pyramid
  • 20 min. run (6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 7.5, 7.0) for 2 min. each
  • Long stretch and ab workout
