The past week and a half I've had some awesome workouts, some of which are:
Stomach: As many situps, crunches, leg lifts, side crunches, and supermans as possible
Swimming: 20x25m on the 40, 10x50m on the 1.05, and a 500m
Biking: 3 circuits of 4min. race speed, 1min. top speed
Walking: 30 pathetic minutes with a 30 minute stretch
