I swam a '500m pyramid'-- against my body's will! Start at 100m, rest, then 200 m rest, etc. all the way up to 500m and then back down.
Next, I hopelessly tried three sets of water push-ups and water-crunches regime. Push-ups entail pulling yourself out of the pool and up above the deck without using your feet. I'm sure people thought I was drowning. :)
